Notifications, Email Preferences & Unsubscribe
Configure which events you receive in-app and via email, and how to suppress non-essential messages.
Two channels: in-app (the bell icon) and email. Critical messages (contract signed, payment cleared, licence expired) are not suppressible — they are required for the integrity of the licence.
Suppressible categories
- Weekly digest of new requests
- Marketing announcements
- Tips and product news
- Reminder nudges (you'll still see banners in-app)
How to unsubscribe
Every non-essential email has an Unsubscribe link in the footer. Clicking it opens the preferences page where you can opt out of categories individually.
