Watermarked Scripts and Script Seat Invites
Per-recipient watermarking, script seat invites, expiry, and revocation. A 'script seat' is one named, watermarked script download — not a theatre ticket.
Every script PDF leaves the platform with a unique footer: organisation, licence code, recipient name + email, and timestamp.
Script seats
A script seat is one named, watermarked PDF download — it is not a theatre ticket. On the licence's Script seats tab, add a row per cast/crew member with role and email. Each gets a tokenised invite link that expires after 7 days if not claimed.
Revocation
Revoke a script seat to block all future downloads from that user. Existing downloads remain on their device but can be traced via the watermark if leaked.
Expiry
Materials lock automatically when the licence reaches its expiry date. We email reminders at T-30, T-7, T-1 days.
