Document uploads, ABN/company verification, school accreditation, and how compliance gates licence eligibility.
Rights-holders often require proof that you are who you say you are before they grant a licence. Upload once, use everywhere.
What to upload
- ABN / company number certificate
- Public liability insurance certificate of currency (minimum A$10M is standard)
- If school: department or registrar confirmation letter
- Optional: director CV, season brochure, previous production photos
Verification
ABNs are auto-verified against the ABR. Other documents are reviewed by platform admins within 2 business days.
Why this matters
Auto-approval rules typically require compliance: current. Without it, every request goes to manual review and rights-holders may decline outright.
