Every incoming request lands on Approvals. You can review manually or let auto-approval handle routine ones.
Manual review
- Open the request
- Check dates against blackouts and exclusivity windows (auto-checked, but verify)
- Adjust the proposed fee if needed
- Add internal notes for your team
- Approve, request changes, or reject with a reason

Auto-approval
On each play, configure rules. When ALL rules match an incoming request, it skips your queue and goes straight to contract.
Auto-approval is a hard match — any unmet rule sends the request to manual review.
