Contracts, Templates, and E-signing
How contracts are generated from templates, how variables snapshot, and how signing produces audit-ready PDFs.
Contracts are generated from a template at the moment of approval, with the licence variables snapshotted so future template edits never alter signed contracts.
Template variables
Templates support: {{producer_name}}, {{play_title}}, {{fee_total}}, {{performance_dates}}, {{venue}}, {{license_code}}, and any custom variables you add.
Signing
Producers sign by typing their name. We capture IP, user-agent, and timestamp. The countersigned PDF is stored encrypted and is downloadable by both sides for the life of the licence.
