Customising the Producer Request Form

The default request form asks dates, venue, capacity, price, and type. Add custom questions per play or org-wide.

Question types

• Short text / long text
• Single select / multi select
• File upload (e.g. director's bio, season brochure)
• Yes/No with conditional follow-ups
• Numeric (e.g. 'How many of your past productions of our titles?')

Gating auto-approval

Tag any question as required for auto-approval. If the answer doesn't match your rule, the request drops to manual review even if everything else passes.
