Allentertainment ("we") is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
1. What we collect
- Account details: name, email, organisation, role.
- Transactional data: licences issued, royalty reports, payouts, invoices.
- Payment metadata: handled by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.
- Usage data: pages visited, device, IP address — used for analytics and security.
2. How we use it
- To operate the Platform: matching producers with rights-holders, issuing contracts, settling payments.
- To send transactional notifications (signed contracts, payouts, royalty reminders).
- For fraud prevention, account security and compliance with the law.
3. Sharing
We share data only with the counterparty to your licence (e.g. the rights-holder sees the producing organisation's contact details), with our processors (Stripe for payments, our managed hosting provider, our transactional email provider, and an AI gateway used for optional marketing-material review), or when required by law.
4. Storage and security
Data is hosted on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. We follow least-privilege access controls and row-level security at the database layer.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@allentertainment.com.au. Some records (e.g. signed licences, tax records) must be retained for legal periods.
6. Cookies
We use first-party cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use cross-site advertising cookies.
7. Overseas transfers
Some processors (e.g. Stripe) operate from the United States and EU. Where data is sent overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure equivalent protections.
