Royalty Reporting & Close-Out
How producers submit returns, how overage royalty is calculated, and how late returns are escalated.
Within 14 days of your final performance, submit attendance and gross. The platform recalculates royalty, deducts your upfront fee, and either closes the licence or invoices the overage.
Reminder cadence
- T-3 days: gentle nudge
- T-1 day: reminder
- T+1: now overdue, banner appears on dashboard
- T+7, T+14: escalating reminders
- T+14: status moves to overdue, future licence requests are blocked
Overage invoicing
If actual royalty exceeds your upfront fee, a Stripe payment link is auto-created for the difference. Pay within 7 days to clear the licence.
